Return Policy

At CAMPXINU LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your tent, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Returns: You can return your tent within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions: The tent must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included. We cannot accept returns for tents that have been damaged or altered.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@tentquest.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the tent back to us.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned tent, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different tent, please return the original and place a new order.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
